On September 9, 2023, the Western China Plant Protection Information Exchange and Pesticide Equipment Trade Fair was grandly opened at the Western China International Expo City in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and agricultural materials people from all over the country gathered together, and agricultural materials people were enthusiastic and actively involved, witnessing this grand and unprecedented plant protection feast together.

The main theme of this exhibition is to promote modern plant protection and develop green agriculture. It provides comprehensive services around different needs such as market demand for agricultural materials in the western region, industry development status, industrial policy guidance, and full chain solutions for crop diseases and pests. It has attracted multiple well-known enterprises in the field of plant protection, including Chengdu Newsun, Syngenta, LIER-Chemical, Sichuan Guoguang Agrochemical, FMC, Hailir, Dow AgroSciences, Dajiang Innovation etc., with an exhibition area of over 10000 square meters, showcasing over 2000 types of efficient and low toxicity pesticides, precise pesticide application machinery, intelligent testing and reporting equipment, and light and simplified green prevention and control products. The number of visitors this time exceeded 10000, and the on-site transaction amount exceeded CNY 300 million.

At this exhibition, Newsun launched a series of green biotechnology products, including plant signaling molecule regulation technology - COR Coronatine, natural product plant endogenous regulation technology - 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid and biopesticides research achievements – CE-Allicin, CE- Berberine, CE-Osthol, CE-Carvol, CE-Matrine, etc., which have been highly favored and paid attention to by attending merchants, with a continuous stream of consultation and negotiation attendees.

On September 16, 2023, the 8th Green Pesticide Expo and the 1st Yangtze River Green Agricultural Materials Expo, as well as the 22nd Plant Protection Trade Fair jointly organized by the China Pesticide Development and Application Association, Hubei Pesticide Association, and Hubei Fertilizer Application Association, were held in Wuhan City, Hubei Province.

This exhibition adheres to the exhibition purpose of "Green Agricultural Materials, Green Development, and Green Trade" and the exhibition principle of "High-Quality, Open, and Pragmatic", focusing on showcasing green pesticides, green fertilizers, and green agricultural products, making positive contributions to expanding the development space of agricultural materials enterprises, expanding farmers' income channels, and promoting agricultural and rural modernization.
